30-Day Returns Warranty

You may contact us within 30 days of receiving your item if you encounter any issues. If your item is defective, damaged, not the correct size, or not as ordered, please notify us promptly for assistance.

Return Policy

Your item is eligible for return under the following conditions:

  • The printed image is unclear.
  • The printed image is off-center on the shirt.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged (torn, dirty, etc.).
  • The item does not match the size, color, or style you ordered.
  • Other errors caused by us.

If your product meets any of these criteria, please contact us via email or through our website. Provide photos of the issue along with your order number. Upon verification, Maternellecollection will facilitate a refund or exchange.

Note: Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Refunds Policy

Once your return is approved (as per the Return Policy conditions), we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the order. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

While all products undergo rigorous quality checks prior to shipping, if you discover any of the listed issues upon receipt, notify us immediately with a photo and your order number.

Upon verification, we will promptly send you a replacement product.
